4. Service Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or via phone/email are estimates only and are subject to change. Actual pricing may vary based on materials, labor, project complexity, and other factors. A formal written quote will be provided before any work begins, and acceptance of this quote constitutes agreement to our terms.
5. Deposits and Payments
For projects exceeding $500, we may require a deposit of 50% before work commences. The balance is due upon completion of work, prior to delivery or pickup. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee.
6. Project Timelines
While we make every effort to complete projects within estimated timeframes, timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Factors beyond our control, including material availability, weather conditions, and scope changes, may affect completion dates. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize inconvenience.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and specifications for projects
- Securing necessary permits (where required) unless otherwise agreed
- Ensuring access to job sites for scheduled work
- Reviewing and approving designs, drawings, or specifications
- Providing clear instructions and timely feedback
8. Warranties
We warrant that our workmanship will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Specific warranty terms vary by project type and will be outlined in your formal quote. This warranty covers fabrication defects and workmanship issues but does not cover damage resulting from customer misuse, normal wear, or external factors such as weather or vandalism.
